Manuela Mülot

As an associate in our Frankfurt office, I advise national and international clients on trademark, design and competition law. My focus is on international brand management and enforcement of IP rights.

I represent our clients in trademark infringement proceedings, as well as in application, opposition and cancellation proceedings before courts and the DPMA and EUIPO.

The main focus of my work is international portfolio management, in particular the development and implementation of protection and defence strategies, as well as the coordination and management of global anti-counterfeiting projects.

I also gained relevant experience during my legal clerkship at a renowned commercial law firm in Hamburg. I studied law at the University of Hamburg with a special focus on economic analysis of law and a semester abroad at the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece.
