About Me

I am a junior associate in the Employment team of our Warsaw office.

I have been advising clients since 2019, specialising in individual and collective labour law, social security and migration law issues, as well as human rights.

In advising on labour law matters, I focus on cross-border working, corporate social responsibility, equal treatment in employment, as well as diversity and inclusion.

I have been observing these issues becoming an integral part of business, but also of a lawyer's work. This is due to changes in legislation, which mean that employers in more and more areas must consider and continuously evaluate not only the efficiency of their operations, but also the impact they have on society and the environment.

I have been involved in numerous pro bono initiatives in the field of human rights protection for migrants, as well as women's rights and the rights of LGBTQ+ community members.

I participate regularly in conferences, training courses and webinars on labour law, the employment market and human rights.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience in employment and migration working in Polish and international law firms, a legal department of a company operating in the HR sector and an NGO active in the field of employment mobility.
