Lucía Sánchez

I am associate in Bird & Bird's Madrid office in the Corporate department.

In my practice area I provide legal advice to clients from various sectors in the context of M&A transactions and in the corporate field. I have advised on mergers, sale and purchase of shares and participations, as well as in the structural modifications of companies. I have also provided advice on contractual and corporate matters.

I started my career in 2018 after having completed internships in law firms of different sizes, providing legal advice to clients of different profiles. In 2018 I joined an international law firm where I specialised in corporate and commercial law and provided advice to both Spanish and foreign companies. Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in a national law firm dedicated to providing legal advice in the same practice area.

As a result of my previous experience in an international law firm where I worked with clients of different nationalities, I am familiar with providing advice tailored to the client's needs, both in Spanish and English.
