I am an associate in our Intellectual Property Group in Shanghai, where I specialise in intellectual property (IP) and related dispute resolution matters, with a focus on the machinery, telecommunications, automotive, luxury and FMCG sectors.

I am experienced in IP portfolio management, brand enforcement and IP-related litigation. I have advised a number of multinational clients on their IP filing and protection.
Before joining Bird & Bird, I was a registered PRC lawyer and patent attorney from another international law firm in Shanghai. Clients often benefit from my dual educational background in both Computer Science and Law, and in-depth understanding of their commercial demand for mapping out and enforcing their IPs in China.
I am fluent Mandarin Chinese and English.

I also have secondment experience in the R&D sector in a multinational cosmetics company in Shanghai.
