I am an established corporate lawyer who specialises in corporate and securities laws, capital markets (primary and secondary fund raising), mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, regulatory compliance and corporate governance advisory work.
My aim as a lawyer is to harness and exercise my strong commercial knowledge and senses, to work together with my clients to deliver quality and efficient legal solutions, so as to best advance their interests and achieve their goals as their trusted adviser.I am an experienced and established corporate practitioner who specialises in corporate and securities laws, capital markets (primary and secondary fund raising), mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, regulatory compliance and corporate governance advisory work.
I have led and worked on numerous initial public offerings, reverse take-overs, secondary fund raising and cross-border merger and acquisitions exercises, both in Singapore and other regions, in particular, Hong Kong SAR.
Prior to joining our firm, I was the managing director of a boutique corporate firm. Before that, I was a partner of reputable law firms and co-headed its Corporate and Securities Practice.
I am an advocate and solicitor in Singapore and a solicitor in Hong Kong SAR.
