Konrad LeBas

I am an associate in our Corporate and Finance practice groups in Stockholm, where I advise and assist clients on domestic and international commercial transactions, M&A transactions, financing transactions and other corporate and financial law matters.

I am interested in the Nordic corporate transaction and financing markets and the international and domestic transactions therein. Additionally, I have a personal interest in Fintech and Blockchain technologies and the legal challenges associated with these.

Before joining our firm, I completed my Juris Doctorate in New York City at Fordham University School of Law and I also worked with a blockchain/healthcare technology startup. I practiced law in New Jersey, New York, and California prior to moving to Sweden and joining our firm.
