Jeff Tian

I am a junior solicitor in our Commercial Group based in Sydney, working predominantly with clients in the technology and communications and aviation sectors.

I am a passionate lawyer with experience advising clients on telecommunication law, consumer law and commercial issues.

I regularly assist in advising the firm's clients in relation to competition and consumer law and general commercial law. These include conducting legal research, contract review, providing assistance with the preparation of submissions to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, and assistance with commercial negotiations.

I have a Chinese background and can communicate fluently in written and verbal Mandarin.

Predominantly, I have been working on matters across the technology & communications, data protection, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors. My major works include reviewing technology based contracts and providing regulatory compliance advice for clients.
