As a senior managing associate in our international HR Services practice, I have a wealth of experience advising our clients on contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
Specialising in all aspects of day-to-day employment matters, I also advise on employment-related immigration issues, labour tribunal disputes, complaints to the Equal Opportunities Commission regarding discrimination and/or harassment, investigations and multi-jurisdictional projects involving corporate restructuring, reductions in force, employee data protection and transfers of business. I use my linguistic and cultural skills to guide both Hong Kong and international clients using my fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and approach all elements of my practice from an international, commercial and strategic standpoint.
