As an associate of the Intellectual Property Department of the Milan office, I mainly deal with national and cross-border litigation, assisting Italian and international clients in protecting patents, design, copyright, and trademarks.
I gained experience in the mechanical and pharmaceuticals sectors, mainly in contentious matters related to patent infringement and invalidity, and in the luxury and fashion industry, focusing on contentious matters related to trademark infringement, invalidity, revocation for non-use and parallel importations.
I am passionate about art, industrial design, food and new technologies, passions that guide me in assisting clients and in protecting and enhancing their intellectual property rights.
After spending a semester abroad studying at Université Paris Descartes (Paris V), I graduated in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano in 2017 with a comparative dissertation on the regulation of look-alike products in Italy and in the United States.
In 2021 I obtained an LL.M. in Intellectual Property & Information Law from King's College London, with a dissertation titled "Linking and copyright, the balance between the need for copyright protection and the operation of the Internet".
Before joining Bird & Bird I worked in the Intellectual Property Department of a leading Italian law firm and as a Law Clerk in the Intellectual Property Division of the Court of Milan.
I was admitted to the Milan Bar Association in 2019.
