As an associate and member of our International HR Services practice group in Düsseldorf, I advise our domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law and social security law.

I advise our clients on all questions of employment law, starting with the hiring of new employees, through operational structuring options, to the termination of employment relationships. This also includes questions of collective employment law issues, for example in connection with employee participation or collective bargaining agreements.

I completed my legal studies in Cologne with a focus on labor law, social law and health law.

Before I joined our firm, I completed my legal traineeship in Aachen. In this period, I worked, among others, for a law firm specializing in employer representation and at the Cologne Labor Court.

• Research assistant in a law firm in Cologne specializing in the representation of employees. Focus of work was on the right of co-determination of the works council as well as questions of protection against dismissal.
• Legal trainee in a Cologne law firm for the legal representation of employers and executives. The main focus was on advising on all day-to-day HR issues.
