As an associate in the Privacy & Data Protection department, I combine my expertise in personal data protection and cybersecurity with my litigation practice.

I mainly assist French and international clients from a wide range of industries (Telecoms, Retail, Finance, Sports, Luxury, Aerospace, Defense and Security, Life Sciences and Health etc.) on subjects related to personal data protection and privacy for their compliance but also for the implementation of innovative projects (facial recognition, processing of sensitive data etc.)

As a legal advisor to companies, organisations and administrations, I assist clients with audits, privacy impact assessments, and contractual negotiations, as well as with the drafting of mandatory documentation and white papers on data protection. I assist clients in mapping international data transfers and their legal framework, as well as in crisis management and during CNIL consultations.

I also work on digital-related litigation, both in civil and criminal matters (defamation, e-reputation, etc.)

Before joining our firm in January 2020, I completed several internships in IP/IT in Parisian law firms, as well as in large French groups with an international dimension.
