Elina Saloranta

As an associate in our Corporate & M&A Group in Helsinki, I advise our domestic and international clients on M&A and capital markets transactions as well as company and securities law related assignments.

I advise our clients on transactions, a broad range of corporate law-related assignments, and matters relating to securities markets regulation. Additionally, I have experience in a wide array of financial structures, including vendor financing, real estate financing, as well as security arrangements. My work at Bird & Bird has many international aspects; my cross-border experience includes assisting clients with multi-jurisdictional financing transactions and financial regulatory issues, among other things.

I have worked on a secondment arrangement at Nasdaq Helsinki Oy full-time for approximately one year. This experience has enhanced my understanding of how to best support our clients and find solution-oriented approaches to their issues.
