Elina Saloranta

As an associate in our Banking and Finance group in Helsinki, I advise our domestic and international clients on assignments related to banking and finance transactions, banking and finance regulation, capital markets and company law.

As well as advising on financing and banking law, I work with matters relating to corporate law, transactions and financial regulation. I have experience in a wide range of financial structures, including vendor financing and real estate financing, as well as security arrangements. My work at Bird & Bird also has many international aspects. My cross-border experience includes helping clients with multi-jurisdictional financing transactions and financial regulatory issues, among other things.

Before joining Bird & Bird I worked at other Finnish law firms and in the legal department of a multinational company. This experience has helped me to understand how to best support our clients and find a solution-oriented approach to their issues.
