About Me
As an associate in our Finance & Financial Regulation Group in The Hague, I am involved in matters related to financial services, payments and fintech.
I advise a wide variety of clients on solutions and challenges regarding financial services, such as payment service providers, crypto service providers and investment firms. I advise on compliance with the Dutch Financial Supervision Act and assist with permit applications and AML audits.I often deal with queries relating to various regulations on EU level, such as PSD2, EMD2 and the Crowdfunding Regulation. I also advise on AML regulations, outsourcing regulations, bonus cap regulations and other financial services regulations.
