I am an associate in our Paris Fintech & Financial Regulation team, assisting clients on digital, regulatory and prudential matters.
I advise French and international clients in the banking and financial sectors on projects linked to new technologies and innovative services. I work with both traditional players in the sector - banks, financial institutions, funds and large multinational groups, as well as new disruptive players – Fintech, Regtech and Insurtech.
My previous work experience includes law firms and an insurance company, and was primarily directed at digital law. This allowed me to acquire solid skills on dematerialisation of contracts, electronic signatures, data protection, cybersecurity and IT contracts, with regard to the specific context of regulated sectors.
I aim to provide practical and innovative solutions on subjects such as electronic money, prepaid cards, blockchain, crowdfunding, payment initiation and account information services, investment platforms, NFTs, etc. This involves supplying technical advice on ACPR and AMF procedures, and matters such as the passporting of services, agents, intermediaries and distributors status.
My purpose is to support clients with an interdisciplinary approach, combining my skills in new technologies and regulatory issues, in order to offer them agile and creative assistance.
