Claudia Mortensen

As a junior associate in our Tech & Comms team I advise national and international clients on Danish as well as European law, with a main focus on IT, tech, telecommunications and cyber security.

My previous experience in corporate and competition law allows me to advise a diverse client base on a wide range of commercial as well as regulatory matters.

It is my goal to present our clients with pragmatic and effective commercial solutions as well as to resolve their legal issues in a simple and cost effective manner.

I started working at Bird & Bird in 2019 after completing my law studies at the University of Copenhagen. During my studies, I mainly worked with corporate and commercial aspects of legislation and I wrote my final thesis on merger control in the EU.

In parallel with my studies, I have worked for several years with corporate and competition law. This has given me great insight into these legal disciplines within different industries.
