I am a Counsel in the Intellectual Property Group based in Budapest. I also lead the Hungarian Retail and Consumer team.
I have extensive experience in patent enforcement, and an excellent track record in supporting patent invalidity proceedings and regulatory issues specifically in the pharmaceutical sector. This includes in particular advising on patent law exemptions, enforcement and invalidation of supplementary protection certificates, launch at risk assessments, compulsory licensing litigation, marketing authorisation and price and reimbursement regulatory cases.
I am devoted to science, innovation and creativity, which allows me to use my knowledge and passion to secure the best possible option for obtaining, protecting and enforcing the clients' rights. I advise a wide spectrum of clients predominantly in the pharma and FMCG sectors, from multinationals to smaller labels and design or architectural companies.
I am the go-to person in Budapest for trademark and design prosecution and enforcement matters, where she supports clients on both the national as well as the European and international level.
Over the years I have contributed to law journals such as the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice of Oxford University on topics relating to copyright, trademarks and patents. I hold regular workshops at MOME, the University of Design in Budapest.
