As an associate in our Corporate/M&A team in Düsseldorf, I advise our clients on M&A transactions, on transformations, the structuring and implementation of joint ventures, on private equity and venture capital transactions as well as on all aspects regarding corporate and commercial law.

I support our clients in all corporate and commercial law matters and accompany them in restructuring and reorganization of companies and in national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as venture capital deals.

After finishing my studies, I joined the corporate team in Düsseldorf for 10 months during my legal traineeship before I started working as an attorney in 2021.
