I am an associate in the Intellectual Property Group based in London. I have experience in a wide range of intellectual property matters, from multi-jurisdictional patent actions to smaller pieces of one-off soft IP advice.
I have experience acting for clients on IP issues across a broad range of sectors, particularly in Life Sciences & Healthcare, Retail & Consumer and Technology & Communications.I focus on contentious IP matters, and have worked on patent disputes in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. I have particular experience working on multi-jurisdictional patent disputes, and working with colleagues across the world to implement a consistent strategy worldwide.
