I am a junior associate in the Competition & EU law team, based in Belgium. My practice focuses on competition law, notably state aid matters and litigation before the European Courts.
In addition to general competition matters, I have a particular focus on state aid issues and the Single Resolution Mechanism. I have gained litigation experience by assisting on the representation of the European Commission, the Single Resolution Board and a major UK airline on cases before the General Court.
Before joining our firm in early 2019, I completed several internships in the competition departments of various international law firms in Brussels. I also gained legal experience through an internship at the Registry of the Court of Justice of the EU and by completing a Bluebook traineeship at the European Commission (Fiscal State Aid Unit).
I am the Assistant Editor of the World Competition, Law and Economics Journal (Kluwer).
I speak Spanish, English and French and I have a good understanding of Italian.
