About Me
As a partner in our international Corporate Group based in Düsseldorf, I bring over 30 years' experience in corporate and M&A work, with a well-developed understanding of our clients' business and a strong commitment to relationship and project management.
Working with German and international clients from a variety of industries, energy and utilities in particular, I have built up a track record of successful domestic and cross-border M&A deals, private equity investments and joint ventures, as advisor to investors, sellers or target companies. In addition, I'm often involved in corporate law issues including corporate governance, shareholder disputes and complex group structures and reorganisations.Over the years, I have implemented multiple internal reorganisations for national and international groups of companies as part of post-merger integrations or for other reasons. Today, my client base encompasses international conglomerates as well as strategic and financial investors.
To strengthen my management skills and client insight, I have taken up several board-level positions and client secondments in-house.

- Solvadis (German chemicals company): Advised on the company's reorganisation.
- Advising on the 100% takeover of solvadis holding S.à r.l. (Luxembourg), a leading corporation in the areas of the distribution and international marketing of chemical and pharmaceutical products.
- Mail and e-commerce corporation: Ongoing advice in connection with an interest in another postal company.
- FUJIFILM: Advised on M&A transactions and corporate law matters as well as on various projects related to internal reorganisations.
- OpusCapita Group OY: Advised on corporate law and the post-merger integration of jCatalog Software AG as well as on the sale of the finance and accounting outsourcing business to an institutional investor.
