About Me

I work as a Senior Associate in Budapest, where I am the head of our Hungarian employment team, and also offer in-depth experience in technology-related legal issues.

In my role as the head of the local employment team, I work closely with local and international partners and senior lawyers of the firm to ensure that we best serve our clients' needs. I particularly enjoy nurturing client relationships as well as taking part in various projects aiming at devising and delivering innovative solutions for our clients.

I have extensive experience in employment matters, having advised multinational clients on complex restructuring and collective redundancy projects. I often support our clients with termination of employment, localisation of employment contracts and employee transfers, as well as representing employers in lawsuits concerning overtime allowances and unlawful termination claims.

In addition, I am also an expert in IT, outsourcing, data protection, telecommunications, ecommerce and software licensing matters. I have successfully coordinated a number of complex GDPR compliance projects in a wide range of sectors including IT, manufacturing, insurance and market research. I have also been involved in significant IT and business process outsourcing projects.

Over the years, I have authored articles on employment, outsourcing and data protection issues on our blog, website as well as in various legal and business magazines. I am also a regular speaker at various client events and conferences.
