Zoe has experience in a wide range of intellectual property matters, particularly in the field of patent litigation.
Zoe is an Associate in our Intellectual Property Group based in London.
She has been involved in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters particularly in relation to patents, designs, trade marks and passing off. Zoe is regularly involved in patent disputes with a particular focus on the life sciences sector. She has worked with clients from a number of different industries including pharmaceutical, consumer goods and food and beverage.
Zoe's recent work includes acting on a patent revocation action for an international pharmaceutical company and assisting with non-contentious design matters. Her litigation experience includes Generics (UK) Ltd (t/a Mylan) v Yeda & Teva (Copaxone) in the High Court and Court of Appeal, and J.W. Spear & Son Limited & Ors v Zynga Inc. (concerning the SCRABBLE tile mark) in the Court of Appeal.
Zoe joined us in 2011, having graduated from Cambridge University in 2008 with a degree in Natural Sciences (Biological).
In addition to contributing to the Journal of Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys (CIPA), Zoe has written articles for our "DesignWrites" publication.
