I am a partner in our International HR Services Group in Shanghai, where I head our Employment practice for China and advise our international and domestic clients on contentious and non-contentious employment issues.

With more than 18 years' experience across the full range of employment issues, I advise on PRC labour and social insurance regulatory matters, mass layoffs, labour disputes, M&A-related matters, cross-border employment, and day-to-day corporate labour issues.

In addition, I was appointed as a part-time arbitrator of the Shanghai Labour Dispute Arbitration Committee in 2004 and advise on labour arbitration and litigation.

My clients include multinational companies and Fortune 500 companies in sectors such as banking, FMCG, retail, luxury, IT and automotive. I also advise start-ups and newly-established Foreign Invested Enterprises (FIEs) on matters including M&A and restructuring.

I was admitted as a solicitor in China in 2007 and am a member of the Shanghai Labour Law Association.
