I am an associate in our Singapore Dispute Resolution Group. I specialise in both international arbitration as well contentious civil and commercial disputes before the Singapore Courts.

I am privileged to work in a dynamic dispute resolution practice with an emphasis on delivering premium and bespoke legal services to its clients. Today, I assist local and international corporations, businesses and government organisations across key industry sectors of finance, retail & consumer as well as technology & communications by formulating concise legal solutions specifically tailored to their needs. Some of the more notable matters I have assisted on comprise of minority oppression claims and shareholder disputes, claims for breaches of directors' duties as well as claims for declaratory relief under the Companies Act. I have also assisted in obtaining Anton-Pillar orders for the seizure and preservation of vital evidence. I enjoy the rigours of dispute resolution, and I have represented clients in arguing a variety of interlocutory matters at all levels before the Singapore Courts.

As part of my dispute resolution portfolio, I have also represented clients in various high-value and complex international arbitration matters administered by the SIAC, LCIA and CIAC and UNCITRAL Rules. These matters involve, amongst others, breaches of commercial contracts, aviation disputes and construction claims.

In addition to the above, I regularly advise clients on the prudent management of their disputes with the aim of containing escalating financial costs. In 2018, I had the honour of giving a keynote presentation on the law relating to 'without prejudice' privilege in the context of settlement negotiations during our annual client event for dispute resolution.

I was called to the Singapore Bar in 2014, following which I worked at one of the oldest and most established law firms in Singapore prior to joining Bird & Bird ATMD in 2016.
