I specialise in advising clients from the life sciences sector on matters at the interface between IP, unfair competition and regulatory law as well as handling complex IP litigation.

My areas of practice include trademark, design and unfair competition law, but my particular specialisation is in advising clients from heavily regulated industries, most notably from the life sciences sector, but also from related sectors such as food, beverages and cosmetics.

I am experienced in contentious and non-contentious matters at the interface between IP – in particular unfair competition – and regulatory law such as in matters relating to the labelling, distribution and advertising of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food supplements and other food products.
