About Me
I am a senior associate in Energy & Utilities Practice.
I have been advising clients since 2013, and have over eight years' experience in advising energy companies, including a major energy company in Poland and a major public administration authority.I specialise in legal and regulatory advice on energy law, trade in and distribution of energy, creating and maintaining mandatory stocks of liquid fuels. I have many years of experience in providing legal assistance with linear energy projects playing a vital role in energy safety. I also participated in drafting legal acts shaping the law and obligations of businesses operating in the energy and fuel sector.
I was involved in review of the legal regulations regarding rights of fuel businesses in the context of arbitration proceedings conducted on the basis of the Energy Charter Treaty.
