I am an associate in our International HR Services team. I'm an employment lawyer based in Madrid advising international companies on ongoing employment-related issues and litigation.

My practice has been expanded in recent years by providing legal assistance to both employees and employers. These different approaches to employment law have provided me with substantial experience in litigation and legal analysis for very different issues including: hiring, termination, modification of employment conditions, collective conflicts resolution and other employment related matters. I am also experienced in drafting due diligence reports and memos relating to M&A operations.

I have developed a skill set that allows me to pinpoint my client's issues, analyse them and quickly develop or adapt a legal strategy to meet their needs and expectations on a particular issue, allowing me to prepare them to face trials, arbitration processes or even managing the day-to-day business.

The thing I most like about my job and the practice of employment law, is its constant change and evolution to adapt to the current needs of society.

At Bird & Bird our aim is to make our clients' work easier by giving them clear solutions and getting deeply involved in their projects, helping them day-by-day. Our services are characterised by giving straightforward and business-focused assessments that our clients can easily understand and apply. Our clients also note our closeness and accessibility.

  • Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at a law firm that provided legal assistance to a workers union (UGT) and prior to that I rendered my professional services to a law firm which specialises in providing legal services to multinational companies.
