I am a multi-lingual commercial lawyer advising clients, from established manufacturers to start-ups, on general commercial matters as well as environmental and product compliance and liability.

With a particular interest in working with SMEs and companies with social responsibility at the core of their strategy, I advise food and beverage, wellness retail, aviation and tech clients on general commercial matters including bringing existing agreements in line with data protection legislation, negotiating changes to commercial arrangements, licensing intellectual property, NDAs and drafting contracts for the supply of goods and services. I am also responsible for drafting, negotiation and case management in relation to complex, international district heating and renewable energy projects.

I advise FMCG producers, retailers, tech manufacturers and high-energy consumers on the UK and EU regulatory landscape for producer responsibility and product compliance (WEEE, RoHS, and packaging waste). I am also heavily involved in advising clients on corporate compliance with environmental legislation (including waste, energy efficiency, water management and asbestos regulations) and food and beverage regulations, including in relation to labelling (ingredient restrictions, novel foods and organic or compostable packaging).
