I am a senior associate in our Dispute Resolution Group here in Singapore. I specialise in complex cross-border commercial litigation with a focus on shareholder and joint venture disputes.

I am fortunate to be part of an excellent team that places focus on fully understanding the commercial and technical facets of every dispute that we are involved in order to provide the best commercial and strategic advice to our clients. Our team in Singapore has seamless synergy with the Bird & Bird network and we regularly work closely with our colleagues in the other Bird & Bird offices to efficiently assist clients on cross-border disputes.

As part of my litigation portfolio, I have acted for both local and international clients (including clients from the Philippines, India, Germany, Canada, Malaysia and Mauritius) in high-stake civil and commercial disputes at all levels of the Singapore Courts. My clients include award winning food and beverage businesses, Southeast Asia's leading transportation services company and luxury hotel operators.

I also have a dedicated practice in acting for various government agencies and statutory boards in their public prosecution of regulatory breaches. I undertake these regulatory prosecutions under the authorisation of the Attorney General's Chambers of Singapore. From this portfolio, I have developed specialist knowledge on regulatory enforcement issues and am well placed to advise and provide insight on dealing with government agencies and statutory boards on regulatory matters.

I am passionate about finding solutions to problems. While it is unavoidable that some problems are resolved through litigation, I am always ready to find innovative ways to assist clients to resolve their problems before litigation is necessarily warranted. I enjoy the challenge of providing pragmatic, streamlined and goal-focused solutions to our client's problems.
