I am an associate in Bird & Bird's Intellectual Property Group in Singapore. I advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property issues, with a focus on trademark, copyright and geographical indications disputes.

I am fortunate to be part of a dynamic team that delivers bespoke solutions for our clients' intellectual property protection and enforcement needs.

To date, I have assisted in contentious proceedings at various levels of courts in Singapore, from IPOS to the Court of Appeal. I enjoy working with our clients to navigate novel areas of law, and to develop a sound litigation strategy which coheres with their commercial aims.

Apart from my contentious practice, I work closely with clients to manage and strengthen their global and regional IP portfolios, to provide a strong basis for future commercialisation of their rights. To this end, I have assisted in conducting domestic clearance searches, devising and implementing a global filing strategy, and advising on commercial licensing agreements.
