I am a Stockholm based commercial and regulatory lawyer specialising in aviation and in particular the airline industry. I also lead Bird & Bird's Nordic Aviation group and I am joint head of the firm's international Aviation Commercial & Regulatory group.

In my role I advise and represent our clients on a wide range of commercial matters, with a strong focus on the procurement of services, equipment and infrastructure for airlines and other industry stakeholders; either on a standalone basis or as part of larger M&A or transformation projects.

Being independently recognised as one of the world's leading aviation law firms, and thanks to our international aviation team working on a fully integrated basis, I have over the years gained significant experience of working on a great variety of commercial and regulatory matters for airlines both in the Nordics and beyond.

Among other things, I have extensive experience of drafting and negotiating maintenance agreements (with a strong focus on engines), capacity purchase agreements and other forms of wet lease arrangements, inflight service agreements and ground handling agreements. I also spend a significant part of my time working on aircraft and engine acquisitions, financings and leasing transactions.
