Thomas advises national and international clients from the automotive industry on contract matters as well as litigation proceedings.
Thomas is an associate in our Frankfurt office, where he is a member of our Automotive sector group.
He focuses on commercial contracts, and advises national and international companies on contractual matters and litigation proceedings. With his focus on the automotive supplier industry, Thomas is specialised in setting up and negotiating commercial contracts and general terms and conditions. In addition, he advises on all relevant warranty and liability issues.
Prior to joining us in 2018, he focused on mechanical and plant engineering issues and attended national and international litigation proceedings before arbitration and state courts.
Thomas completed his law studies at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg and did his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg. Thomas also completed his master's degree at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, where he studied the legal issues of artificial intelligence and automated driving. In addition, he is author of numerous case notes and articles, published in respective juridical literature.
Thomas speaks German and English.
