I am an associate in our Paris-based tax team, where I specialise in French and international tax law matters on behalf of our corporate clients and individuals.

Focusing on French and international tax law, I advise corporations and private individuals on a wide variety of complex tax matters covering mergers, acquisitions, disposals and internal corporate reorganisations. I also assist our clients in other matters involving tax dispute resolution and litigation.

As a junior associate, I work with French and international clients on a regular basis alongside the Bird & Bird offices abroad. My practice spans a number of the firm's key sectors such as aviation, financial services or technology & communications.

I lived in Boston, USA for a year during my LL.M, where I was able to develop my understanding of legal relationships and tax issues at an international level. This experience has allowed me to meet tax lawyers from all over the world. I was able to discuss international tax issues as well as their thoughts on direct and indirect taxation. It was a really rewarding experience.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I practiced tax law with several international law firms in Paris and Ireland. I am fluent in English and French.
