I had the privilege to be on part-secondment for more than four years in a pharmaceutical company and this allowed me to have a better understanding of my clients and provide a business-oriented approach. I am mainly focused in the life science and healthcare sectors although I also work with clients in the technology and retail & consumer sectors.I am an expert in litigation, negotiation and extra judicial solutions. I provide legal advice on contracts and IP (patents, trade secrets, trade marks, designs), unfair competition, regulations on medicines for human use, pharmaceutical, veterinary regulation and medicine.I became a lawyer by chance. I studied a double degree in Law and Business Administration and I started an internship at Bird & Bird during my last year at university and I knew that I really liked this work. My job mixes my legal background with innovative ideas to achieve the best approach for each client.I really enjoy hiking and the work of a lawyer can be like hiking, you do not always have a clear path and the path is always different. You must work hard to overcome the obstacles to achieve the best results.
