About Me

I am a Counsel in our Munich office and part of the Dispute Resolution practice. My focus is on litigation and arbitration proceedings, particularly in the automotive industry.

I advise and represent our clients whenever a dispute arises. My work also includes advising our clients as to the best dispute resolution mechanisms, whether it may be the drafting of arbitration clauses or find the best ad-hoc mechanism.

My focus is on commercial disputes (litigation and arbitration) with a particular focus on work for suppliers within the framework of our national and international Automotive Sector Group.

I have many years of experience in numerous disputes in the area of contract claims. I also have extensive knowledge of the arbitration rules of the relevant arbitration organisations (with a focus on ICC and DIS). I also act as arbitrator.

Furthermore, I have extended experience in the handling of mass claims. This makes me an experienced litigator in German courts where I have tried more than 50 cases from the local courts to the FCJ (co-counsel).

Before joining our firm in 2021, I worked in the Dispute Resolution practice of another leading international law firm in Munich and New York.
