As an associate in our Employment practice Group in Hong Kong, I have practical experience in advising our domestic and multi-national clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

I support both international and domestic clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and immigration matters. I advise clients in multiple business sectors including aviation, retail and consumer, life sciences and healthcare, technology and communications and financial services and have developed deep industry understanding.

My practice includes day-to-day employment advisory work on the full spectrum of the employment cycle from pre-employment to post-termination, handling labour tribunal disputes and employee investigations, advising on strategic cross-border staffing arrangements, managing multi-jurisdictional employment law projects and reviewing and drafting employment documentation such as contracts of employment, employee handbooks and policies.

I speak regularly at client seminars and trainings. I contribute to various legal and HR publications and I was a co-author of Hong Kong Employment Law - A Practical Guide, the 5th Edition was published by Wolters Kluwer in 2017. I also contributed to the Employment Issues chapter of Educational Institutions - A Legal and Regulatory Handbook for Setting up Overseas published by Globe Law and Business in 2018.
