As a member of Bird & Bird's Corporate Group, based in Paris, I advise French and international companies, investment funds and managers in connection with acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs and venture capital transactions involving listed or unlisted companies.Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, I graduated from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Em Lyon Business School.
I speak French, English and Arabic fluently.
