I am a senior associate in our International HR Services Group in Stockholm. I advise our clients on day-to-day employment and labour law matters, as well as on transaction related employment issues.

Together with my international colleagues, I advise on cross-border employment law matters, keeping in mind the overall business perspective of our clients rather than over-focusing on the particularities of local law. Being a qualified lawyer in Austria and Sweden, I understand the challenges of dealing with legal issues in different jurisdictions.

Having studied and practised employment law in Sweden for many years, I have acquired a good understanding of the mechanisms of the Swedish labour market, which puts me in a position to provide swift and effective advice on day-to-day employment law matters.

I appreciate, at times, the sensitive nature of employment disputes and I try to apply an empathic approach when dealing with these matters. Thanks to my prior experience in the area of personal law, I appreciate the importance of people skills when practising law.

My goal is to provide our clients commercially useful and effective advice rather than technical legal discussions. I strive to help our clients solve their legal problems in a straightforward and cost-efficient manner.
