Siew Lin is an associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Group in our Singapore office.
She specialises in non-contentious Intellectual Property matters, including brand management and portfolio management. She routinely advises a wide variety of both multinational and local clients from diverse sectors. Siew Lin regularly advises on risk management and formulates global and regional filing strategies for clients. She is also responsible for the day-to-day management of our clients' trade mark portfolios.
Siew Lin's areas of practice also include trade mark opposition, invalidation and revocation proceedings, as well as general IP advisory and transactional work in Singapore as well as overseas. Her portfolio extends to emerging markets such as the Middle East as well as Africa.
She has also been involved in advising on regulatory issues in the health care sector.
Siew Lin graduated with an LLB from the University of New South Wales in 2010. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2013 and to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2011. In addition, she holds a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of New South Wales.
