Working in our International Privacy & Data Protection Group, I am an associate lawyer based in Paris, combining my data protection and cybersecurity expertise with in-depth litigation practice.
Having a strong practice in data protection and cybersecurity, I advise and represent companies, organisations and administrations on all issues relating to these matters. I assist clients on multiple missions including compliance programmes, data breaches, crisis management, investigations proceedings, contract negotiations, and privacy impact assessments.
My expertise in litigation allows me to regularly advise and represent clients in criminal and civil litigation cases linked to data, cybersecurity, cyber-criminality, e-reputation. I also advise clients in dispute resolutions before the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL). I work for clients from multiple sectors including aerospace, security & defence, media, tech, and e-commerce.
I provide specialised training sessions in data protection, cybersecurity and crises management. I also regularly take part in conferences, teach in Universities and graduate schools, and write for legal and specialised journals.
I graduated from the Security & Justice 30th National Session of the French National Institute of Higher Studies on Security and Justice (INHESJ). I chaired a working group within the INHESJ which produced and made public an official report on facial recognition and the use of this technology in the security and defence sector.
Before joining Bird & Bird in 2016, I worked as an associate lawyer in a boutique IP/IT firm for several years where I gained strong expertise in criminal, civil and commercial litigation. I continue to put these specific skills in intellectual property at the service of my clients.
