Shalini is a solicitor and an attorney-at-law with more than five years’ experience in advising clients in the field of international economic law.
Shalini is a member of our Banking and Finance Group in Frankfurt who specialises in (international) contract law with a focus on finance and leasing transactions. She is a solicitor and Attorney-at-Law admitted to the roll of solicitors in England & Wales, Ireland, the Trinidad and Tobago bar and the Frankfurt bar.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with honours from the University of London (UK) as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with honours from the University of Melbourne (Australia). She has also completed her Legal Practice Course (L.P.C.) with a distinction at BPP Law School (UK).
Shalini continued her legal training with an international corporate law firm in Trinidad and Tobago, where she was admitted to the bar in 2011. Later on she was also admitted to the roll of solicitors in England & Wales, Ireland and the Frankfurt bar as as European lawyer. Before joining us, Shalini worked for the finance practice group of a magic circle law firm in the Frankfurt office.
Shalini was recognised in Germany in Who’s Who Legal 2017.
She is a member of the Frankfurt Bar Association, the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago, the Law Society of England and Wales, the Law Society of Ireland, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association and the International Law Association. She speaks native English and fluent German.
