Selina has experience in a wide range of contentious civil and commercial disputes before the Singapore Courts.
Selina is an associate in our Dispute Resolution Group, based in Singapore.
Her primary area of practice is civil and commercial litigation. Selina has acted for and advised clients in various contentious civil and commercial matters at the Supreme Court and State Courts of Singapore, including shareholder, tenancy and franchise disputes.
Selina's experience includes assisting in a cross-appeal in the Court of Appeal in a claim for a breach of commercial contract, a High Court trial regarding a director/shareholder dispute, a High Court civil suit involving resulting trusts and accounts, and arbitration proceedings at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre in a claim for breach of shareholder and investment agreements.
Selina graduated from the University of Durham with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2011. She proceeded to obtain the Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice of England & Wales in 2012, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2014.
