As an associate in our International HR Services Practice Group in Düsseldorf, I work with our German and multinational clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

In individual labour law, I draft contracts and personnel leasing agreements and advise on separation processes. In collective law matters, I advise on questions of company co-determination, corporate co-determination and collective bargaining law.

During my five-month secondement with a well-known international insurance group, I acquired a deep knowledge of international and national insurance supervisory legislation, in particular in connection with management contracts and remuneration systems for board members. I also expanded my expertise in corporate law. My main focus was at the interface between labour and corporate law as well as corporate employee participation.

I am very interested in the interface between labour law and corporate law as well as in insurance supervision law. My focus here is also on the legally compliant design of remuneration systems for management boad members.

During my legal training I worked for the Düsseldorf offices of a well-known international law firm and a large insurance group. As part of my training, I also spent time working at the German Consulate General in Los Angeles.
