I am a dispute resolution lawyer with experience in finding flexible solutions for clients. I understand the solutions that our clients really need and work to achieve results which suit clients' best interests.

I specialise in commercial litigation and international arbitration, with experience in working with clients on cross-border disputes involving companies incorporated in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, and various offshore islands, e.g. the British Virgin Islands, the Marshall Islands and the Cayman Islands.

I often represent companies and individuals in a wide spectrum of commercial disputes, including claims in relation to shareholders' disputes, unfair prejudicial conduct, misappropriation of funds, conspiracy to defraud and breaches of directors' duties.

With my experience in cross-border commercial litigation, and being fluent in both Mandarin and English, I often assist clients from the PRC who are involved in cross-border commercial disputes. For example, I have experience in attending trials held in the British Virgin Islands and St. Lucia with my clients from the PRC.

Furthermore, I assist clients at all stages of their disputes, and I have previously assisted clients in applying and resisting appeals all the way to the Privy Council in the United Kingdom.

I always work closely with my clients to achieve their desired results, which does not always have to be litigation in courts. I understand the needs of my clients and work closely with them to reach the most appropriate way of getting the results. My goal is to advise my clients on the strategies that bring them the desired results efficiently and effectively.
