Sabrina has significant expertise in financial market regulation, with a particular focus on FinTech matters, giving her a strong understanding of the client’s perspective.
Sabrina is counsel within our Banking & Finance Group and a member of the Dispute Resolution team based in Paris.
Her practice covers a wide range of regulatory and financial services matters. She advises both French and foreign banks, financial and banking intermediaries including crowdfunding platforms, payment services providers, e-money institutions, investment services providers, portfolio management companies, funds, and insurance companies.
She also has extensive experience in multijurisdictional finance litigation especially in the area of judicial and disciplinary proceedings before French courts and market regulators.
Before joining us, Sabrina worked as Deputy Rapporteur for the Enforcement Committee of AMF (the French Financial Market Authority) acquiring knowledge and experience in the European asset management, market abuses and financial services regulation.
She graduated from the University of Paris-Ouest Nanterre la Défense and holds Master’s Degrees in both international Business Law Litigation and in Philosophy.
Sabrina is admitted to the Paris Bar.
She speaks French, English and Spanish.
