Rob has experience in a range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters across the Life Sciences, Media and Sport Sectors.
Rob is an associate in our Intellectual Property Group based in London.
He has been involved in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, particularly in relation to patents, trade marks and domain name disputes. He also has experience in enforcing brand protection programmes for multinational companies, and has worked with clients across a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, sport, media and food and drink.
With experience of proceedings in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, Patents Court and the Court of Appeal, Rob's work includes the multi-jurisdictional pharmaceutical patent matter, Actavis v Eli Lilly.
Rob spent time on secondment in the in-house legal team at the Football Association and has also given talks to CIPA on some of the principles of English law.
In 2008 he graduated from the University of Newcastle with a degree in Pharmacology , before completing a Masters in Management of Intellectual Property Law at Queen Mary University of London.
