I am a senior associate in the corporate department, with a focus on industry and energy.

I specialise in corporate and commercial energy law. My work typically includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements such as purchase and supply agreements, PPA, EFET, credit support, programme responsibility, financing, shareholders agreements. I advise on acquisitions and divestments in the energy sector, and effecting corporate/commercial restructuring, including public-private partnerships and insolvency proceedings.

Other activities include advising on new and existing legislation (e.g. the Electricity, Heat and Gas Acts, the VET and STROOM amendments), subsidy arrangements (e.g. SDE+), and market regulation; conducting litigation in court (both civil and administrative) and with arbitral tribunals representing clients vis-à-vis market regulators, and advising on compliance and integrity investigations in the energy industry.
