I also help them comply with the specific information and transparency obligations applicable to online referencing platforms targeting French consumers. I assist them in their communications with French authorities concerning all these matters.

I advise companies in the entertainment sector, in particular on their questions regarding the regulation applicable to online gambling. I also advise them in their questions regarding the regulation applicable to e-sport competitions.

I also advise our clients on their B2B relationships, in particular for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including distribution, franchise, IT and ad-space purchasing agreements.
