Rachel’s experience covers a diverse portfolio of employment work, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
Rachel is a senior associate in our Employment Group based in Singapore.
Her areas of practice include all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including employment litigation and internal dispute resolution, drafting and reviewing of employment contracts and documents. She also advises on anti-bribery laws, restrictive covenants, employee data protection and privacy, workplace investigations into allegations concerning employee misconduct, hiring, terminations and reductions in manpower.
She also has experience acting for clients in civil and commercial litigation in a wide array of disputes before the Supreme Court and the State Courts of Singapore. Prior to joining us in 2016, Rachel practised in another leading dispute resolution firm and worked as an in-house legal counsel at a statutory board.
Rachel was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2010, and is also a volunteer with the Law Society’s Criminal Legal Aid Scheme (CLAS).
