Rachel specialises in technology and communications related disputes.
Rachel is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution Group, based in London.
She advises on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution work, with a particular focus on the telecoms and technology sectors. Rachel regularly advises on complex technology project disputes and software licensing disputes for suppliers and customers.
Rachel has experience of a range of disputes in the Court of Appeal and the High Court, particularly the Commercial Court and Technology and Construction Court, as well as international arbitration. She has regularly been involved in drafting statements of case, drafting complex technical witness statements and preparing and responding to court applications, including expedited trials and a number of interim injunction applications. She also has experience of various forms of ADR including expert determination, mediation and Early Neutral Evaluation.
She is a co-author of the textbook "IT Contracts and Dispute Management – A Practitioner's Guide to the Project Lifecycle" (Edward Elgar, 2018).
